A bizarre cafe featuring BDSM-themed toys and displays is attracting customers in Bangkok.
The 500 Cafe serves coffee and liquor from the afternoon to evening in the Thai capital.
Footage shows the establishment's walls with an X-shaped plank and ropes hanging behind it.
Chains with handcuffs, various animal-face masks, and dildos of different shapes and sizes were displayed on shelves throughout the cafe.
The owner, Lub Pui, said: ‘We do not allow children under the age of 20 while the cafe does not have an age restriction since it mainly serves beverages and has a tamer decor.'
The cafe sits beside a fetish-themed clothing store, ForFun, which sells related apparel.
The owner added he decided to expand by opening the 500 Cafe and bar alongside the store due to an increase in tourists.
He said: ‘Some customers bring kids or elderly family members to visit and they became interested in and enjoyed learning about the concept.'
The cafe does not have a strict dress code and welcomes customers wearing rubber, latex, leather, uniforms, and other fetish-inspired attire, though nudity is not allowed.
The cafe serves several menu items that are named after sexual or fetish activities in English.
The cafe is located in Sammie Alley and is open from 2 pm to 11 pm, Tuesday to Sunday, and serves alcoholic beverages from 5 pm.
