Canadian tourist arrested for alleged rape of British backpacker before fleeing Thailand
Aldo Guiovanni Ochoa Saenz, 37, from Richmond, British Columbia, was said to have been drinking and partying with the tourist, 23, and other foreigners at a karaoke bar in Chiang Mai on September 13.
