This is the bizarre moment an alleged Colombian drug user serenaded police while they were arresting him in Thailand.
Anthony Luis Castro, 36, had been blasting loud music from his room, prompting frustrated neighbours to call the cops on him on Koh Phangan island in Surat Thani province on August 9.
However, when the officers arrived to give him a warning, the tourist was said to have acted suspiciously, putting his hands in his pockets trying to flee the room.
Police patted him down and allegedly discovered a sachet with 0.4g of ketamine hidden in his pocket.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Winit Boonchit of the Tourist Police Division 3 said: 'The man appeared confused and paranoid, as if he was under the influence of drugs.'
Anthony reportedly admitted to buying ketamine for 3,000 baht from an unnamed Thai man on the island, and consumed the hard drug in his hotel rom.
He was taken to the Koh Pha Ngan police station, but strangely seemed to be in a good mood during the arrest.
Footage shows Anthony laughing with the arresting officers as he sang 'Do-Ther-Tum' and 'Despacito'.
Police said he will be charged with possessing and consuming a category 2 narcotic.
According to Thai law, carrying Category 1 drugs, including LSD and ecstasy, for 'disposal or possession for the purpose of disposal', has a maximum punishment of the death sentence or life in prison. The most severe punishments are reserved for those who 'produce of import' the substances, while simply possessing the drugs can land offenders in jail for up to 10 years.
Dealing the lesser Category 2 drugs, which include cocaine and ketamine, can carry a life sentence while possession alone has a punishment of up to five years.
