A Boeing 777 spewed smoke while preparing to take off from an airport in Japan.
Video shows thick smoke coming out of the rear of the All Nippon Airways (ANA) plane departing the Naha International Airport in Okinawa before 7pm on September 1.
An ANA spokesman said there were 505 passengers on Flight 474 bound for Tokyo International Airport. None were injured as the smoke did not enter the cabin.
An inspection found that the plane's auxiliary engine had been leaking fuel.
Local media reported that the engine was repaired and the plane took off at 9pm local time with no other flights disrupted.
