Villagers take part in a bizarre human tug-of-war tournament - with the winner having to drag the other team to the ground.
Men and teenagers from rival tribes take part in the sports day event each year in Mindanao, southern Philippines.
Different clans have their own colours and designs on their shirt. Teams of five people then wrap arms around each other's waists as they have the humantug-of-war.
The winner is the team that maintains their grip while pulling the opponent to the ground or making them break their chain.
Footage from the Malaybalay City area in the province of Bukidnon shows the Kaamulan village sports day festival on April 10.
Vistor Nikon Celis, who captured the scenes, said: 'There are some really unusual events at the tribal sports day. The human tug-of-war was one of my favourite to watch. It's a tradition that has been going on for many decades.
''The Kaamulan event is the gathering of seven hill tribes from the Bukidnon Province. They are the Talaandig, Umayamnon, Higaonon, Manobo, Tigwahanon, Matigsalug, and Daraguyan or Bukidnon tribe.'
