Depraved father 'rapes daughter, 14, to make sex videos to sell online'

A depraved Thai father was arrested for allegedly raping his own teenage daughter to make sex videos to sell online.

James Tossakan, 32, reportedly imprisoned the youngster, 14, and recorded himself and his girlfriend molesting her to sell the clips through social media. He reportedly used X, Line and an OnlyFans copy called OpenFans.

He was said to have engaged in threesomes with her and his new partner, who was not the girl's mother, for a week before the youngster managed to escape and tell police.

The degenerate dad and his lover were arrested at a rented house in Phetchaburi province, Thailand, on September 15.

Police Major General Teeradej Thamsuthee, commander of the Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Bureau (IDMB), said: 'We tracked down the suspect based on a tip-off that he had fled to a rented house in the Hua Hin District.

'He was arrested for imprisoning and abusing his 14-year-old daughter, forcing her to do explicit videos continually for seven days and seven nights.'

Authorities said James was wanted on four warrants, including rape of a minor under 15, fraud, impersonation, and violations of the Cheque Act. He was found to have criminal records involving the same offences dating back to March 2020.

James's daughter said he silenced her by 'threatening to decapitate her with an axe'.

She recounted the harrowing details, saying: 'It started in July, when he invited me to make sex videos to sell online. He dragged me to a clinic to get contraception injections before locking me up at the house in Pathum Thani. Then he started raping me for seven days, every day.

'I tried to escape by trying to call my relatives on my phone but he caught me and beat me up. He said he wasn't afraid of police and that he would kill me if they showed up.'

James denied the accusations during questioning. He claimed his daughter had fabricated the story as she was angry at him for refusing to buy her an iPhone.

He said: 'What the police found was a sex live-stream channel. As for my daughter's complaint, it's because I did not want to buy her an iPhone. I moved houses frequently, not because I was fleeing from police, but because I was trying to save money.'

He later allegedly admitted to making cuckold pornography with his girlfriend. He would reportedly invite other men to have sex with his lover and post the recorded videos to their channel.

He continued: 'I confess that we enjoy this kind of kink, but I still deny what my daughter said. She is making up stories.'

Police found that James and his girlfriend were running a channel called 'Miki' where they live-streamed pornography. They also allegedly discovered chat messages that showed James had been prostituting his daughter for money.

The conversation log showed that the alleged paedophile had also been blackmailing a girl, 15, after coercing her into sending nude photos.

Police chief Theeradej said: 'The evidence supports the victim's account, and we have found additional proof of his attempts to destroy evidence and flee. We will continue to investigate and bring more charges against him.'

Officers said that James is facing additional charges of producing and possessing child pornography, and uploading porn into computer systems.

He and his partner were detained at the Khlong Luang Police Station in Pathum Thani province.
